What using this site does and does not commit you to.

What this page covers

These terms apply to one7x.com, which is run by one7x (“we”, “us”), and everything published on it. Using the site means accepting them.

They cover the website and nothing else. Paid work we do for a client is not governed by this page. What the site collects, and who sees it, is on the Privacy page.

This site describes a service. It does not offer one.

Everything here describes how we work. The solution pages, the industry pages and the articles are descriptions. None of it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to do anything.

Reading a page creates no contract, and neither does booking a call. Booking commits you to nothing, and commits us to nothing beyond the call itself.

Any engagement runs on a separate, signed agreement

We sell paid implementation and advisory work. Every engagement has its own written agreement, signed by both sides, before work starts.

That agreement sets the scope, the price, the timelines, who owns what gets built, how confidential information is handled, and what happens if either side stops. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs that engagement.

What is written here is not a promise of a result

The site describes a method. It does not promise an outcome, a saving, or a timeline for your business. Those depend on your work, your tools and your team.

We are a new practice with no client results to publish, and this site publishes none. Where a page describes what a rebuilt process is aimed at, that is the aim. It is not a measured result for anyone.

Everything on the site is offered as it stands, with no warranty. There is no guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation. Pages go out of date. Acting on anything here is your own decision.

The content on this site belongs to us

The words, page designs, diagrams, articles and the one7x name and mark are ours, or are used by us under licence.

Read them, print them, and share links freely. Quote a short passage with attribution and a link back. Republishing a page, copying the design, or using the one7x name as your own needs written permission first.

Links out, and the booking calendar

Some pages link to sites we do not run. Those sites set their own terms, and we are not responsible for what is on them.

The booking calendar on the contact page is supplied by TidyCal, a separate company. Using it puts you under TidyCal’s terms as well as these. Whatever you enter there goes to TidyCal.

Using the site fairly

Read it, quote it, share it. Do not try to break it. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people. Do not misrepresent who you are when booking a call.

Access may be withdrawn where any of that happens.

Limits on liability

This site describes a consulting practice. It sells nothing, holds no account, stores no records for you, and takes no payment.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using this site or relying on anything published on it. That includes loss caused by the site being unavailable, by a page being out of date, or by a third-party service linked to or embedded in it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising from paid work is dealt with in that engagement’s own agreement.

Which law applies

We operate from India. These terms are governed by Indian law.

Using the site from outside India is your own initiative. We make no claim that the site is appropriate or available under the laws of any other country.

These terms will change

They change as the business does, and the version on this page is the one that applies. The date at the top says when it last moved. Nobody is notified, so re-read it if it matters to you.

A change here never alters an engagement agreement already signed.
